Their public finance attorneys act as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, trustee’s counsel and borrower’s counsel for public, not-for-profit, educational and private clients with respect to tax-exempt financings, taxable financings, and related matters. Clients include local municipalities, counties and school districts, local and county utility authorities, county improvement authorities, bi-state agencies, investment banks, trustees and other market participants.
