THE PEOPLE WE PLACE
PERMANENT / DIRECT and TEMPORARY/CONTRACT HIRES
Attorneys - Associates, Partners, Practice Groups, Law Firm Mergers
Since 1990 Abelson Legal Search has been committed to work only with law firms, corporations, financial institutions, educational institutions and non-profit organizations looking to hire legal personnel.
Our candidates include attorneys at every level, from counsel to senior partners to associates, and in every specialty area. Our client-driven recruiters thoroughly evaluate writing samples, conduct in-depth reference checks and/or intensive candidate interviews before submitting a candidate, as the client wishes. Because we value our client relationships and truly know clients' needs, we have a strong sense of candidates who will be the best fit and who will find a supportive environment in which to thrive.
We are known for our success in facilitating partner, practice group and law firm mergers. Many of our merger clients work with us repeatedly and are assured by our genuine understanding of their hiring needs, knowing their confidentiality will be preserved impeccably. Often, merger clients place their trust in us because of personal referrals from colleagues whose judgment they value.
Our paralegal candidates, for either permanent or temporary positions, have a wide range of experience levels and specialty area backgrounds. We work hard to assure our clients' requirements are met - whether for paralegal certification, baccalaureate degree and/or technical and research expertise. We work closely with our clients to understand fully their paralegal job requirements so as to present only the most outstanding candidates.
Our temporary (or temporary to permanent) attorney and paralegal candidates meet clients' stringent requirements for a day, a week, a month or indefinitely. The Advantages of Using or Being Temporary Legal Personnel presents just a few of the reasons why there has been such an increase in the use of temporary legal professionals. If you aren't sure whether using or being a "temp" is right for you, please take a look at some of the reasons.
